N-N-N-New Year + Seafood

Woah.

This year has (as always) seemed really really short.

I don't want '10 to come!

I can't say the letter o when saying what year it is anymore!!

My favorite number is 10 though. I know, real original. It's just that I remember when I was 10 years old, I said the following: "This has been the best year of my whole life-Ten will always be my favorite number!" So, not being one to cause too much change, I've left it at that.

I haven't actually made New Year Resolutions yet though...I still have a few hours.

Boy o' boy-tonight my menu is a little intense: Tilapia, shrimp scampi, stuffed crab, grilled asparagus and carrots, long grain rice....Some raspberry punch later...the list goes on. Riveting. Ha!

Anyway, I wanted to make my statement for the New Year.

Change is fantastic, truly it is. However, rapid change has always bothered me. When you try to completely flip yourself, you end up losing yourself, in a moral sense. Eh, I'll sort out my opinion on the aforementioned (love that word) later. For now, my rice is boiling!!!!

Mmmmmm, asparagus.
